International Student Address Reporting Form

USCIS regulations require that international students keep the Global Learning Office aware of their current U.S. physical address and of their international home address so this information can be updated in SEVIS.

Please use this form to report your initial U.S. physical address (physical address means the place where you are residing; you cannot report only a PO Box) and to report any change in your permanent home address. The Global Learning Office also uses this form to maintain a database so we can easily contact you.
