Students Entering After Fall 2009 (and Current Students)
Use the Clearinghouse through Student Records in CobberNet (includes a small fee). If you do not remember your CobberNet login, then you can use the secure Clearinghouse site directly instead. Click "Order-Track-Verify" to start the process. To track your transcript status after submitting your request, please click here. Otherwise, please use the Official Transcript Request form at no cost. Your signature is required on this form (your name cannot be typed).
Students Attending Between Fall 1985 and Spring 2008
Use the National Student Clearinghouse site for a small fee or the Official Transcript Request form at no cost. If you request your transcript using the National Student Clearinghouse, you can track your order status here.
Students Attending Prior to 1985
Only paper copies are available, so the Official Transcript Request form must be used. Return the completed form to the Office of the Registrar by fax (218.299.3224) or by mail. Transcripts will be printed and mailed at no cost. To expedite the delivery, see the express mail options below.
Priority Mail Options
Same Day Service
A $20 rush fee will guarantee your order is processed the same day the request is received. The transcript can be sent via first class mail or held for pick up. Enclose a check, cash or money order for the rush fee. Credit cards are not accepted.
A $35 express delivery fee will ensure the request is processed the same day and the transcript is sent Fed-Ex overnight express. A street address is required as express transcripts cannot be delivered to post office boxes. All requests for express service must be received by 2 p.m. CST to allow time for processing.
Current students or students who entered after 2009 can access/print an unofficial transcript through CobberNet.
Alumni who attended before 2009 (and do not have a CobberNet account) do not have access to unofficial transcripts. However, an official transcript can be requested using one of the processes listed above.
Transcript Access Policy
Students that have a past due tuition debt with Concordia College and have a hold on their transcript from the Business Office can gain access to the transcript if one of the following occurs.
- If the current total outstanding tuition debt is less than $250.00
- If the student has entered into and, as determined by Concordia, is in compliance with a payment plan. In compliance with a payment plan is defined as follows:
a. In Compliance: The student shall be considered in compliance with the monthly payment agreement, after the student makes 9 consecutive, on-time, monthly payments. The student will not be in compliance, if after the 9 consecutive payments they fail to make a monthly payment by the 15th of each month or within 7 days of the due date. The student can regain compliance status after they have made 9 consecutive, on-time, monthly payments after the non-compliance time period.
b. On-time: payments are due by the 15th of each month or within 7 days of the due date.
c. Minimum Payment: The reasonable minimum monthly payment will be determined by Concordia to be the amount that is equal to 15 percent of your annual discretionary income, divided by 12 or $40.00 per month, whichever is greater. Discretionary income is the amount of your adjusted gross income (from your most recent federal income tax return) that exceeds 150 percent of the poverty guideline amount for your state and family size. You must provide documentation of your income to Concordia.
- If the transcript request is made by a prospective employer for the student, the transcript will be sent directly to the prospective employer; or
- If Concordia has sent the debt for repayment to an outside collection agency
