Established on 01.28.1986 by Howard and Bernice Binford
The Howard and Bernice Binford Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to one or more students majoring in communications with a specialty in mass communications which will prepare them for a career in journalism or mass communications. Selection is based on financial need and scholastic achievement.
