Established on 06.20.1998 by the Estate of Anna and Russell Duncan
The Anna and Russell Duncan Memorial Endowed Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to students nominated by the College's ACCORD program. It is intended that awards be given to students of an "older than traditional" age, who, having pursued their life goals without a college degree, now seek to obtain one. Selection is based on financial need and scholastic achievement.
