This scholarship was created by a gift from an auction of artwork created by Vietnam veteran and artist Theodore Gostas who was the longest held prisoner of war in Vietnam.
The Ted Gostas Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Scholarship is awarded by the Office of Financial Aid to students majoring in art, theater, or communications, with preference given to students who are Vietnam veterans or dependents of Vietnam veterans. Selection is based on financial need and scholastic achievement.
