A Message from Coach Young:
Friends of Cobber Tennis,
As a new head coach, it’s not often that you get to walk into a situation as sterling as the one we’re in. On the court, we’ve got an excellent opportunity this season to produce results that will place us in an incredible spot for years to come. Off the court, the expectation and reality is no different, and perhaps elevated. As a former member of this program and assistant coach, I can say with the utmost confidence that I’ve never seen the culture of Cobber Men’s Tennis as strong as it currently is.
That’s a testament to the incredible young men in our program who are driven to push each other, learn, grow, and improve our team in their collective and individual drive for success. It’s also a testament to you, because while the phrase “it takes a village” may be cliched, it’s also never been more true. There’s never been a better time to be a Cobber Men’s Tennis supporter. With outdoor courts that now rival any across the MIAC and a team composed of remarkable players and individuals, the sky is the limit!
