The concert is hosted on YouTube and embedded on Concordia's website. If you are experiencing issues with playback, the problem is likely with your internet connection. Check that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or to an ethernet cable and that your router and/or modem are working well.
The video is posted in 1080p HD quality and utilizes YouTube's playback interface. If it is showing up pixilated on your device, adjust the playback quality using the gear icon toward the bottom right side of the YouTube video player. Note that the quality may have been lowered automatically by YouTube to adjust for your internet speed. If you increase the quality and start running into playback issues, check that your internet speed is high enough to support HD playback.
We recommend connecting a laptop to your TV via an HDMI cable. If you're unsure how to do this, there are plenty of great tutorials available on YouTube.
If you're able to open a web browser on your TV, you can open your email account and access your email to click the link and view it in your browser.
Depending on your TV, you may also be able to AirPlay the concert from your phone/tablet to your TV.
Unfortunately, due to the high costs of licensing and production, we do not produce DVD copies of the Virtual Christmas Concert. The concert is only available virtually during the viewing period.
