Who can apply for the Minnesota All-State Lutheran Choir?
Any and all singers who have completed grades 9, 10, 11, or 12. We welcome singers from around the country of all faith backgrounds.
What's the cost?
The cost is $550 and there are scholarships available up to $150 off of your tuition. Local churches and schools may also have scholarships available for you.
How long is the camp and tour?
Camp is Saturday through Sunday, June 23-30.
Do I need to submit an audio recording?
Yes, please include a recording (video or audio) of an accompanied solo, along with a 123454321 ascending pattern to the top of your range and a 54321 descending pattern to the bottom of your range. We encourage you to submit the same recording that you may have used for All-State choir auditions or collegiate scholarship auditions. You are also welcome to schedule a campus visit with Dr. Culloton to audition in person. Contact Kristen Hatfield for more information.
When will I hear back about my application?
Application review begins on April 1. Applications are accepted until the choir is fully rostered. Please contact us with any questions or if you have trouble submitting the online application.
