Aya Al-Shakarchi ’23 was recently selected for the prestigious Schwarzman Scholars program, crediting her achievements to her four internships while at Concordia College.

"Placeholding" is on display through Sept. 24. There will be a public reception and artist talk that evening.
The free, public event will feature award-winning journalist-author Anya Kamenetz, area experts, and community advocates exploring how to help students meet the many challenges they face.
Students and college administration helped announced the gift to the public September 5.
Flaat and Wije awards were presented to five faculty members at the State of the College event in August.
