Würst Bier Hall

Featured on an episode of “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives,” Blackbird Pizza is a family-run restaurant that serves a unique twist on a fan favorite. Blackbird uses North Dakota grown and milled flour for their delicious woodfired pizzas. There are many unique pizza options to try, as well as classics, or you can build your own. Blackbird has a primary restaurant on Broadway and a new location called The Bird, in Brewhalla, a market and event center west of downtown.

Pounds

Also a stop on Guy Fieri’s eatery exploration of Fargo-Moorhead, Pounds recently moved to a nearby location to cater to their patrons’ need for more space. Not only is the space groovy but so is the food. There are plenty of options with burgers, wings, rice bowls, and tons more. The ranch flight is also something you can’t miss.

Marge’s Diner

Marge’s Diner is a new spot located on Broadway in downtown Fargo. Marge’s is a great place to get your brunch and lunch usuals any day of the week. The eatery started with a love of hotdish and grew into a Midwest comfort food haven. The vibe itself will take you back to your grandma’s ’70s-themed living room.

BernBaum’s

BernBaum’s brings in a great atmosphere with the deli that is adorned with ’50s decorations and is in a mid-century modern antique shop. The Nordic-Jewish cuisine is something you can’t miss. With homemade bagels with schmear and a cup of coffee, BernBaum’s is another great place to hang out with friends and grab some brunch.

If you are tired of making your dorm ramen, check out this place. Drunken Noodle/Slurp Ramen is one of the best places to get your ramen needs. Drunken Noodle offers classic American pasta dishes such as fettuccine alfredo and Asian dishes like Pad Thai. Rice bowls, cream cheese wontons, and dumplings can also be found at this can’t miss eatery.

Beer & Fish Company

One of the newer restaurants in downtown Fargo introduces a fresh food scene. With an assortment of tasty fish dishes and even an oyster bar, you are bound to find something to enjoy. Beer and Fish Co. is located in the heart of downtown in Roberts Alley with a beautiful space that includes tall garage windows and an outdoor space for the warmer months.
