We will be sought after as a college characterized by experiential and interdisciplinary approaches to learning, where students tackle great challenges with even greater ideas and solutions in preparation to become influential leaders in their communities and for the world. We will create and offer in-demand programs, inspiring curious learners with distinguished and innovative faculty, personalized advising and instruction, and inclusive and contemporary environments in which to study and learn. We will provide students with a vibrant and rigorous learning environment and will be known for equitable learning outcomes and excellence in preparing students for employment, graduate school, and service to others.

Offer compelling programs and attract a diverse student population.

• Objective 1: Launch margin-conscious, market-smart, mission-aligned programs at the undergraduate and graduate level.
• Objective 2: Expand partnerships with high schools, two-year schools, and four-year schools to facilitate transfer and program completion.
• Objective 3: Explore partnership opportunities focused on developing programming to serve diverse learners, including for working adults.

• Objective 1: Increase awareness and opportunity for high-impact learning.
• Objective 2: Remove organizational and operational barriers and expand efforts to achieve equitable student success.

Offer innovative and exceptional teaching with distinguished faculty and staff.

• Objective 1: Develop and communicate priorities to support innovative teaching, including instructional technology infrastructure and support for quality learning spaces.
• Objective 2: Sufficiently fund faculty and staff development and scholarship.
• Objective 3: Create a vision for and launch a center for innovative teaching and learning to enhance the quality of education through innovative and research-based teaching practices and effective use of technology (including generative artificial intelligence).
