Concordia College students have the opportunity to secure direct admission into the Medical College of Wisconsin's Doctor of Pharmacy program through the Early Assurance pathway.
Apply. Complete your application materials for the MCW Early Assurance admission program during your freshman or sophomore year at Concordia (by the end of January).
Interview. Participate in an Early Entrance Interview with MCW pharmacy faculty.
Provisional Admission. Upon acceptance, receive provisional admission to the PharmD program.
Remain on Track at Concordia. Stay enrolled full time at Concordia (minimum 12 credits per semester) and complete all of Concordia's Core, degree, and major coursework in the approved 3+3 program plan.
Prerequisites. Complete all pharmacy prerequisite courses within three consecutive years.

To be eligible for the MCW 3+3 accelerated pharmacy program, you must be a Concordia College student who wishes to complete both a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Concordia and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from MCW in six years through reverse transfer of credits and pursuing one of the following majors:
Apply to the MCW Pharmacy School for Early Assurance Direct Admission by the end of January in your freshman or sophomore year at Concordia.

Formally accept the offer of provisional admission.
Stay enrolled full time (minimum 12 credits per semester) at Concordia while completing all coursework and degree requirements.
