The Lutheran College Washington Semester (LCWS) offers Concordia students an opportunity to live, study, and intern in Washington, D.C., while earning Concordia academic credit.

The LCWS program is a small, personalized program owned and operated by 13 private Lutheran institutions of higher learning and admits students for either the fall or spring semester. Students typically intern four days a week and take two courses in addition to participating in required tours, briefings, and experiential visits to various sites in the Washington, D.C., metro area.
