Finances
Program Cost
Every program's billable and out-of-pocket cost is unique, depending on location and program type. All programs (semester and short-term) have detailed billing and estimated expenses on their program brochures in Via (under the "Cost & Funding" tab).

How to manage your finances while away
You have your program cost, financial aid information, and estimated expenses BUT need details on currency, credit cards, and ways to save. Check out tips on how to manage your finances while away.
Financial Aid
Each student's financial aid situation will vary case-by-case. Any questions should be directed to the Financial Aid office: finaid@cord.edu.
Scholarships
There are no special study-away participant grants or scholarships available through Concordia College. However, donor funds (when available) are sometimes used for short-term faculty led programs, towards lowering group program costs.
It is also important to note that for May Programs, there is a special tuition rate of $500/credit. This means that for a 4-credit May Seminar, the tuition is only $2,000 (a reduction of about half off of the usual regular summer per-credit tuition rate).
You also may be able to find independent sources of scholarships through other organizations. An informational scholarship session is held by global learning staff every fall. The date of this session will be announced via student email and at the fall global learning expo.
