A comprehensive primer for parents, caregivers, educators, clinicians, social workers, and others within the support network of those with ADHD

Short courses may be taken individually.

Part One: 10 Things Everyone Needs to Know About ADHD — First in the four-part series, this course outlines the current facts about ADHD across the lifespan. (1.0 CEU for successful completion)
Part Two: Executive Function and the Lived Experience of ADHD — This short course focuses on executive function deficits experienced by those with ADHD and the impact on others. (1.0 CEU for successful completion)
Part Three: Evidence-Based Treatment and Management of ADHD — This short course explores effective strategies to proactively manage the challenges of executive function. A variety of treatments and methods are discussed. (1.5 CEUs for successful completion)
Part Four: Skills, Strategies, and Support for Living with ADHD — This short course offers a toolkit of strategies to facilitate an individualized approach to managing ADHD, including methods to handle impulsive behavior, essential self-care, and building a support network.
