Karin Wakefield has been an active performer in the Midwest and New England states as an orchestral, chamber, and solo musician. For several years, she was a band and orchestra director in the Boston area. She is currently an instructor of horn at Concordia College and principal horn of both the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony and the Fargo-Moorhead Opera Company. In addition, she is a member of the Concordia College Faculty Wind Quintet and is an active accompanist in the region.
