Parker Simonson

Parker Simonson joined the Cobber coaching staff before the 2024-25 season. 

Parker played for the Cobbers from 2019-22. He appeared in 68 games, tallied 12 goals and 11 assists and had 109 shots.

Parker is originally from Bismarck, N.D., and went on to play with the Dauphin Kings of the MJHL and Thief River Falls Norskies (SIJHL) before joining Concordia.
