Campus visitors and guests, prior to parking on campus, should stop by the Parking Services office in the Mugaas Plant Operations Center to receive a Temporary Parking Permit for their visit. All lots require a permit to park.

All motorized vehicles operated on Concordia College property are subject to the institutions parking regulations. Operating a vehicle on campus is a privilege not a right and may be revoked, suspended, or modified by Parking and Transportation Services at any time.

Parking is restricted to designated areas as indicated by signage, pavement markings, or official direction. Refer to the Concordia College parking maps when signage is not present.

Vehicles must display a valid permit for the assigned location, and permits must be clearly visible and properly displayed at all times. Improper display, parking in unauthorized areas, or other policy violations may result in citation. Possession of a permit does not guarantee a parking space.

All students, employees, guests, vendors, and contractors must comply with these regulations as a condition of their presence on campus. It is the responsibility of every member of the Concordia community to read, understand, and follow these policies. Unawareness of the regulations will not be accepted as grounds for appeal.

Metro College Alliance/Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) students must register their vehicle with their home school, and the permit must be displayed on the vehicle. Parking for MCA students is located in lots labeled G. PSEO students will work with Parking Services and the Admission Office to get their vehicle registered through Concordia.

Please review the Student and Employee Application Information links below before applying for your new permit. If you currently have a Concordia bicycle/motorcycle permit, you do not need to reapply. These permits do not expire.

STUDENT PERMITS

  • Student parking permit fees are $100 per year.
  • The fee for student parking permits is automatically charged to the student's account with the Business Office.
    • Payments can be made at the Business Office in Lorentzsen Hall during regular business hours.
  • Students are allowed one active permit at a time. If you are switching vehicles, you need to add the vehicle to your records and then stop by the Parking Services office to have your current permit inactivated and a new one issued to you. Permits are not transferable between vehicles.
