Moorhead Christmas Concert FAQs
What are the concert dates, times and locations?
The 2019 Moorhead Christmas Concerts will be in Memorial Auditorium at Concordia College. Concert dates are 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6; 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $22 each.
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets for both the Moorhead and Twin Cities Christmas Concerts will be on sale at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5. You can select your own seats! After creating an account, you can log in at any time to print your eTickets or easily purchase more tickets. Tickets purchased online do not have a ticket service fee.

The Memorial Auditorium box office is located in the Offutt Concourse at 12th Avenue and 7th Street South. Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday beginning Nov. 5. On the day of the concert, the box office opens one hour before each performance. We accept VISA, MasterCard, cash

Send order to Concordia Christmas Concerts, 901 8th St S, Moorhead, MN 56562. Tickets are distributed as the best available at the time of processing. Include which performance you wish to attend, the number of tickets for either elevated permanent seating or floor chairs, and a check made out to Concordia Christmas Concerts. Your tickets will be mailed to you.

How is seating configured?
We offer chairs on the floor or elevated seating. There are advantages to both types of seating; chairs on the floor have you closer to the performers, while the elevated seating provides a more global view of the entire performance.
Do you offer group tickets?
We offer a 20% discount on Group Orders (defined as 20 or more) for the Moorhead concerts only.
What are your refund/cancellation policies?
No refunds or exchanges will be given for any unused or returned ticket. We’d be happy to accept your extra ticket at the box office window. Thank you for understanding our effort to allow as many people as possible to experience this popular Christmas celebration.
Where can I park?
You do not need a parking pass to leave your vehicle on campus during the concert.
The closest places to park are in the lots labeled “H, O and MH/O,” located south of 12th Avenue South and across the street from Olson Forum and Memorial Auditorium.
The parking lots labeled “O” and “MH” to the southwest of Memorial Auditorium will be designated entirely for handicapped parking.
- You may also park on any of the nearby streets. Please abide by any street signs that are posted.
- If there are open spots in any other lot on campus, feel free to use them.
When should I arrive
to the concert? What time do the doors open? What happens if I arrive late to the concert?
We suggest that you arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the concert. Doors will open one hour before each performance. Any late arrivals will be held at the door for 15 minutes while the performers move in and the concert starts. After that time, ushers will walk with you to your specific seat.
Those arriving early can hear the Tintinnabula Handbell Choir perform in the Offutt Concourse before each concert.
How long is the performance?
The concert is 90 minutes long.
Can I bring my kids?
These are family-friendly concerts, but please know that the atmosphere is similar to a church service with no applause between pieces. Those with young children are encouraged to secure an aisle seat. Sharing a seat with a child is not allowed.
Can I take pictures or record video?
Flash photos and video recording are not allowed.
How big is the mural?
The mural is 24 feet tall and 176 feet wide, which creates a canvas almost as large as two full-sized basketball courts.
