FARGO — A biotech nonprofit called Houser Labs has established a presence in a south Fargo business center and both entities will soon undergo major transformations.

Jeremy Houser '16 and Madelyn Clancy '21 are the co-founders of Houser Labs, a startup company that recently nestled into office space in the West 45th Business Center at 200 45th St. S. in Fargo.

Over the decades, the business center has had a variety of tenants, including a business that offered indoor go karting.

In the coming year and a half, Roers plans to transform the complex into a multi-use development called The Cove Center of Innovative Ventures & Entrepreneurs.
