Event attendees will participate in a faculty-led discussion group to compete for a presidential scholarship, valued at $25,000. This scholarship is Concordia's most prestigious academic award and replaces other scholarships and gift aid.

Students who participate in the on-campus event will earn the $1,000 Presidential Scholarship to recognize their academic achievements.

If you've applied for a music scholarship: Presidential scholars who are finalists for a music scholarship but are not able to attend multiple events due to scheduling or cost concerns are encouraged to attend the on-campus music scholarship event (Feb. 15-16) if possible. They will have the opportunity to complete their presidential scholarship interview in conjunction with their music scholarship audition. If the music scholarship dates do not work for you to come to campus, please reach out to Kristen Hatfield.
