Dr. Kloster, PhD, RN, has focused her research on women’s health issues, complementary and alternative therapies, and faith-community nursing.  Dr. Rawson’s PhD research examines representations of traditional medical and alternative therapies from 1865 to the present in Francophone literature as a reflection of self and societal developments.  The intersections in their research have provided rich collaborations throughout the years, including new course ideas as well as travel seminars from Guadeloupe to Vietnam.  They have long-term partnerships in Cambodia and Vietnam, where they have been leading seminars for ten years.  In 2017, they developed new ongoing student and alumni programming in Haiti in partnership with TeacHaiti, founded by nursing alumna Miquette Denie McMahon.  Their shared passions provide the framework for memorable travel learning experiences.  They invite you to share your vocation and talents on this vocation and vacation adventure.
