Catch The Concordia Choir on its 2026 national tour

The tour wraps with a home concert Sunday, March 15.

After more than two weeks on the road, The Concordia Choir will conclude its 2026 national tour with a free home concert Sunday, March 15. The concert is set for 4 p.m. in Memorial Auditorium and is free and open to the public.

Under the direction of conductor Dr. Michael Culloton, the program features a wide-ranging selection of choral works spanning the baroque to contemporary eras, with music by J.S. Bach, John Rutter, Lucy Walker, Susan LaBarr, Cedric Dent, emeritus conductor of The Concordia Choir, Dr. René Clausen, and others.

For this year's tour, the 68-voice ensemble will share music at 17 concert halls and churches across Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, D.C., New York, Vermont, and Massachusetts.

The tour kicked off with a performance in Aberdeen, South Dakota, followed by a return to Roseville Lutheran Church, Roseville, Minnesota. There, Clausen opened the second half of the concert conducting his own "Canticle of Praise."

The next leg of the concert tour begins in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, before the choir heads east. The tour ends with a performance in Moorhead, which traditionally serves as an opportunity for family members, alumni, and friends to welcome the choir home.
