Compensation
We encourage employers to offer paid internships whenever possible. Compensation recognizes the value students bring to an organization and can make internship opportunities accessible to a broader range of students. Academic Credit
Students may complete internships for academic credit or simply for professional experience. Students pursuing academic credit are responsible for working with Concordia to complete the appropriate registration and academic requirements. Employers do not have additional responsibilities beyond the normal supervision and feedback provided as part of the internship.
