Testing and Prescription in Exercise Science
My favorite aspect of this course was the hands-on experience in the lab part of the class. The laboratory component was completely different from any other lab I have taken. We had the chance to put into practice exercise tests, techniques, and protocols currently used by exercise science professionals in the field.
