A new NOSR form is required prior to each semester of PSEO enrollment. Minnesota residents must submit the Minnesota Notice of Student Registration (NOSR) and North Dakota residents attending Oak Grove or Park Christian will complete the ND Enrollment Options form. These forms must be submitted each semester of enrollment by the appropriate deadline (May 30 for fall and Oct. 30 for spring).
Claim your account and create a password so you can stay up to date with all of your next steps as a Cobber. Your account information and instructions are also mailed to you after acceptance.
Part-time PSEO students will register individually with a member of our Registrar's Office each semester. Students will be contacted through their Concordia email to arrange registration.
Moorhead High School and Oak Grove students: Concordia hosts a registration day at your school prior to each semester. Watch your Concordia email for further instructions and sign-up information.
Immunization forms are mandatory prior to attending Concordia College.
This video-based program provides crucial information about consent, bystander intervention, sexual harassment, intimate partner violence, and much more. The online training courses will help you better understand how important these issues are and what you can do to help make our campus safer.
All incoming students are required to complete this program.
Required course materials are provided free of charge to Minnesota residents/high school students enrolled in Concordia’s PSEO program.
North Dakota residents attending Park Christian or Oak Grove are responsible for purchasing their course materials. Students can view their required materials via the Cobber Bookstore. The Cobber Bookstore does not have course material available for purchase in the store. Course materials must be purchased outside of Concordia College.
PSEO students are welcome to have a vehicle on campus at no charge but must register it online with Parking Services.
We host an annual Orientation program each fall for part-time PSEO students. At PSEO Orientation, you'll get to hear from PSEO coordinators about support, expectations, policies, find your classes, and get your textbooks. You'll be sent more information about this during the summer via your Concordia email.
PSEO students can upload a photo online for their Student ID. Cards can be picked up at the start of the semester from Dining Services, located in the Knutson Campus Center.
Key fobs give current students access to campus buildings after hours, such as the library, Integrated Science Center, and Knutson Campus Center. Fob access is needed for all campus buildings after 5 p.m.
Key fobs are not automatically distributed to part-time PSEO students. If you'd like access, please work with your admission representative to obtain a key fob. Fobs can be picked up from the facilities office unless otherwise designated.
Students new to Concordia College must complete this self-paced course that introduces you to concepts like online security and privacy, email etiquette, and specifically prepares you to use the technology tools you need to succeed at Concordia.
