Living on campus is affordable, convenient, and offers numerous amenities.

On-Campus Housing Costs

All rates are per person and billed directly to the student's bill each semester. 

Rates include:

  • High-speed wired internet and wireless internet
  • EcoMax Unit (fridge, freezer, microwave) in traditional residence halls
  • Utilities
  • Laundry
  • 24-hour access to the Public Safety Office

Students who cancel their housing are eligible for refunds in line with the college's refund policy. For details about housing refunds, see our published refund policy below.

2026-27 Housing Rates

Boe-Olsen Apartments

  • $2,800 per semester — double apartments (two-person, one-bedroom, one-bath)

Bogstad East

  • $2,850 per semester — quad apartments (four-person, two-bedroom, two-bath)

Bogstad Manor

  • $3,150 per semester — double apartments (two-person, two-bedroom, one-bath)

Fjelstad Hall

  • $2,550 per semester — double rooms
  • $3,000 per semester — single rooms
  • $3,050 — super single room
  • $3,750 per semester — double as a single (double room with one occupant)
  • $3,050 per semester — triple rooms

Traditional Residence Halls (Erickson, Hallett, Hoyum, Livedalen, Park Region)

  • $2,550 per semester — double rooms
  • $3,000 per semester — single rooms
  • $3,750 per semester — double as a single (double room with one occupant)

Townhouse East and Townhouse West

  • $3,150 per semester — two-bedroom
  • $3,000 per semester — three-bedroom
  • $3,150 per semester — four-bedroom

Townhouse Summer Rates

In the summer (May-August), townhouse residents are charged rent on a monthly basis for June and July. There will be no charge for May and August.

All rental rates are per person.

  • $2,750 per semester — quad apartments (four-person, two-bedroom, two-bath)
  • $3,030 per semester — double apartments (two-person, two-bedroom, one-bath)
  • $2,480 per semester — double rooms
  • $2,900 per semester — single rooms
  • $3,000 — super single room
  • $3,600 per semester — reduced occupancy (double room with one occupant)
  • $3,000 per semester — triple rooms
  • $2,480 per semester — double rooms
  • $2,900 per semester — single rooms
  • $3,600 per semester — reduced occupancy (double room with one occupant)
  • $3,030 per semester — two-bedroom
  • $2,880 per semester — three-bedroom
  • $3,030 per semester — four-bedroom

Townhouse Summer Rates
