Upon admission and payment of your enrollment deposit to Concordia, you will be able to apply for student housing.
Residency Requirement
Living on campus is linked to higher levels of academic achievement, increased student engagement, and student enjoyment — all reasons why Concordia College has a two-year residency requirement. The residency requirement means that all first- and second-year students are expected to live on campus.
Fall 2024 Housing
Incoming students: The application is now open. The deadline to submit is Sunday, May 31, 2024. Online room selection will start Monday, March 11, 2024.
