Residency Requirement
Living on campus is linked to higher levels of academic achievement, increased student engagement, and student enjoyment — all reasons why Concordia College has a two-year residency requirement. The residency requirement means that all first- and second-year students are expected to live on campus.
Academic Year 2026-27 Housing
Incoming students: The housing application will open Monday, Jan. 12, 2026. Room selection starts Monday, April 6, 2026. All students required to live on campus will be assigned housing by Monday, June 8, 2026.

Returning students: The housing application will open Monday, Jan. 12, 2026. Occupancy match room selection starts Monday, Feb. 23, 2026. Occupancy match room selection ends Friday, Feb. 27, 2026. Non-Occupancy match room selection begins Monday, March 16, 2026. All students required to live on campus will be assigned housing by Monday, March 30, 2026.
