"Fargo-Moorhead was at the beginning of its transformation when I graduated. It was great to stay here, but a lot of my classmates moved away. I am all about people getting away for a while. You should test out different places and experiences. Fargo is a fantastic place to build a career and live a life. There is such value in going to do your own things for a while. There have been more and more opportunities for people to experience their own things within the F-M area."

Arts and culture. Musical artists. Sporting events. A vibrant downtown culture. There's no shortage of events to take in and places to visit in Fargo-Moorhead.
Some of the area's most unique events of the year include Frostival (a celebration of our snowy winters), the Fargo Film Festival (at the historic Fargo Theatre), and One Million Cups (a popular weekly event for Fargo-Moorhead's entrepreneurial community, including Concordia students, employees, and alumni).
Fargo-Moorhead is truly the hidden gem of the Midwest.
Here are just a few of the things you’ll love about living here:
Most people in Fargo-Moorhead get around in a car. Although traffic is busier during certain times of the day, the traffic is never stalled like bigger cities during their rush hour. Just another benefit of living here!
Concordia students get free unlimited rides on Fargo-Moorhead's MATBUS public transportation system.
Concordia also has a COBBike program, where you can check out a bicycle on campus for free and explore the city on two wheels. Fargo-Moorhead has bike lanes on many primary roads and several trails in parks and around the two cities.
