Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

On Monday, April 11, the college is once again hosting a COVID booster shot and vaccine clinic on campus to provide easy access to this free resource. It will be held in the Knutson Campus Center Atrium from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can register online for Pfizer or Moderna.  Bring your vaccination card if you have one. (information to replace a lost card can be found here) We encourage you to take advantage of the clinic to get your vaccination status up-to-date.

The Minnesota Department of Health recommends booster shots for people 12 and older if it has been at least five months since an initial Moderna or Pfizer series or two months from a Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

MDH says certain populations may choose to get a second booster shot. Those who are eligible are people 50 years and older, people 12-49 years with certain immunocompromising conditions, and people 18 and older who received the Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine for their initial dose and booster dose. Additional details can be found at the link posted above.

If you have questions, contact the COVID Helpline.

As a reminder, all students are required to be up-to-date with their COVID vaccine at the start of Fall Semester. Information on how to submit proof of vaccination status will be shared in the coming days.

Thank you,
